Dunn Edwards created the original custom paint colors for our community and are the best source for the accurate paint colors.

The following charts have been posted to assist homeowners in identifying their paint colors. These colors are only useful for relative comparison between options, not for obtaining paint from a dealer. Because of the differences in computer monitors and printers, these colors will not be an accurate representation of the true paint color. For the most accurate viewing, set the display properties to 32 bit color.

Original series colors must be used only for the appropriate series house.

Color combinations cannot be mixed between options and field and accent colors may not be reversed.

Notes:  Sonoran Tan was the original selection for the community.  Per the sales representative at Pioneer Landscaping Materials, this is no longer available.  The closest match at this time (June 2009) is 1/2" Santa Fe Gold.  However, this can change as well.  Always check the color before purchasing.  And, submit an ARC prior to purchase.
