Important! The following charts have been posted to assist homeowners in identifying their paint colors. These colors are only useful for relative comparison between options, not for obtaining paint from a dealer. Because of the differences in computer monitors and printers, these colors will not be an accurate representation of the true paint color. For the most accurate viewing, set the display properties to 32 bit color.

Dunn Edwards created the original custom paint colors for our community and are the best source for the accurate paint colors. Dunn Edwards does not carry paint swatches (chips) of these custom colors, but samples may be obtained by contacting Stratford Management, which can then be used for computer-matching at other paint suppliers.

Painting your home using the existing colors does not require an ARC approval, but we request that you notify Stratford Management of your intention to paint. Original series colors must be used only for the appropriate series house. Color combinations cannot be mixed between options and field and accent colors may not be reversed. In accordance with our Architectural Guidelines, painting with a different color option than the original color option requires ARC approval.

Notes:  Sonoran Tan was the original selection for the community.  Per the sales representative at Pioneer Landscaping Materials, this is no longer available.  The closest match at this time (June 2009) is 1/2" to 1" Santa Fe Gold.  However, always check the color before purchasing since it could change and contact Stratford Management if you have any questions.
