The CC&Rs in this community prohibit parking in the streets at any time by residents. Many of the homes in this development have short driveways. The most common problem and the most difficult problem for the HOA is buyers with trucks and vans overhanging the sidewalk or parking in streets. Both are violations. Potential buyers with large vehicles or multiple vehicles may have a problem with this restriction.
To avoid post-sale problems please advise all potential buyers that they must be able to comply with this restriction.
This can also be accomplished by stating the restriction in the info sheet for the home.

Prospective tenants with large vehicles or multiple vehicles may have a problem with this restriction.
To avoid potential problems please advise all prospective tenants that they must be able to comply with this restriction.
This can also be accomplished by stating the restriction in the lease or rental agreement.
Anyone renting or leasing property must submit a Landlord - Tenant form to:
